Just drive up, pull up, and our staff takes care of you so you can stay in the safety of your own vehicle. Paperwork, ID cards, payments, signatures, or physical items will safely pass through the metal slide-out drawer versus hand-to-hand. You get more safety and more convenience, all at the same time.
If you’ve ever been through a commercial bank teller drive-thru window, then you already know how the new drive-thru window works. Just pull up to the metal slide-out drawer, and push the red button. Or, you can call (806) 798-7800 with your mobile phone. And, the sign by the drawer tells you exactly what to do.
Location
Your new drive-thru insurance window is on the East side of the Hettler Insurance Agency office building. You can’t miss it. Drive-thru lane is marked clearly with yellow pavement paint. Also, we’ve installed signs that clearly mark the drive-thru area. We’re located just inside South Loop 289, on the access road. We’re 3 buildings West of Quaker avenue, in Lubbock, Texas. Our East side (drive-thru side) is the first part of our building that you see as you’re driving on the access road.
When you need us (who doesn’t need insurance?), take advantage of this new, safer, more convenient way to take care of insurance needs. We’re taking care of you as we all take care of each other!
