We do the shopping so you don’t have to! You don’t have to do insurance alone because we speak insurance-ese and translate the details for you.
We are unique among most insurance agencies. We do not charge you any kind of extra fees for our service, experience & expertise. Many other agencies will charge extra for their services, like sending you an insurance card, etc.
Another thing that makes us unique among a lot of other independent insurance agencies: Certified Insurance Counselors. Along with our other licensed agents, we also employ Certified Insurance Counselors. It’s one of the highest licensing credentials for insurance agents to have. It means we know the insurance industry better than most. So, we can help you more efficiently and completely.
Ron Hettler, CIC (certified insurance counselor) founded Hettler Insurance Agency* in 1992 when he acquired part of the Texas operations from the over 100-year-old Cornwall and Stevens insurance firm. (So, our book of business is over 100 years old.) Since that acquisition, Hettler Insurance has expanded to provide coverage for families and businesses all over Texas, and the surrounding states.
